Next Workshop / An Introduction To Understanding Your Voice: Beyond Singing (2 hours)

Everybody has a voice, and a body to produce it.

After 30 years of helping singers, actors, teachers… enjoy a healthier voice, I want to share with you how understanding the body through the vocal function can tremendously help you integrate in your daily life:

- Body awareness

- Breathing patterns

- Relaxation / nervous system regulation (impact of breathing on the parasympathetic nervous system)

- Posture

- Mindfulness

- Healthier speaking and singing vocal habits...

Come and discover, through imagery supported easy drills, your voice like never before, and take away insights that you will be able to apply, whatever your personal use of your voice is.

Sincerely,

Sophie
